Welcome to Bulli Cards. These Terms of Service apply when you access our website, browse our products, create an account, place an order, or otherwise use our services.

By using the Bulli Cards website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Bulli Cards website and services, you agree to these Terms of Service, together with our Shipping Policy, Returns and Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, and any other policies or conditions published on our website.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Our Products and Services

Bulli Cards specialises in trading cards and collectables, including:

  • Trading card breaks

  • Bulli Packs and other repack products

  • Sealed trading card products

  • Pokémon and other TCG products

  • Wrestling and sports trading cards

  • Singles

  • Trading card accessories

  • Other collectables and related products

Product availability may change at any time and some products may be strictly limited in quantity.

3. Website Purchases

Unless otherwise clearly stated on the relevant product listing, physical products purchased through the Bulli Cards website will be supplied and shipped to the customer.

Certain products may be associated with a live opening, live break, rip-and-ship service, personal break, group break, or other live-selling format.

Where a product is sold for live opening or participation in a break, additional conditions displayed on the product listing, live stream, or relevant selling platform may apply.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the product description and purchasing format before completing their order.

4. Trading Card Breaks

Where Bulli Cards offers trading card breaks, customers are purchasing a spot, team, division, player, pack, box, or other allocation in the break as described in the relevant listing.

The cards received by a customer will depend on the format and rules stated for that particular break.

By purchasing a break spot, you acknowledge that:

  • There is no guarantee that your allocated spot will receive a particular card, hit, autograph, memorabilia card, numbered card, case hit, or card of a particular value.

  • Results are determined by the contents of the sealed products opened during the break and the allocation method described before the break.

  • Card values can fluctuate and Bulli Cards does not guarantee the current or future value of any card received.

  • Break rules and allocation methods may vary between products and will be communicated through the applicable listing or live stream.

Once a break has commenced, purchases associated with that break generally cannot be cancelled or refunded for change of mind.

Nothing in this section excludes any rights available to you under Australian Consumer Law.

5. Bulli Packs and Repack Products

Bulli Cards may offer repack products, including products marketed under the Bulli Packs range.

Repacks contain trading cards and/or other collectable products selected and packaged by Bulli Cards.

Where applicable, the product listing may provide information including the number of packs produced, potential chase cards, minimum or maximum values, average values, checklists, odds, or other information relating to the series.

Unless specifically guaranteed in the product description, purchasing a repack does not guarantee that you will receive a particular chase card, card value, player, character, rarity, grade, or type of card.

Repacks are intended to provide a mystery or surprise collecting experience, and the contents of individual packs will vary.

Once a repack has been opened, it cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind.

6. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, pricing, images, availability, checklists and other information displayed on our website are accurate.

However, errors or omissions may occasionally occur.

Bulli Cards reserves the right to correct errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to update product information where necessary.

Product images may be used for illustrative purposes. Packaging, artwork, promotional inclusions, card designs and product contents may vary depending on the manufacturer, release, region or product version.

7. Order Acceptance

Placing an order through the Bulli Cards website does not automatically guarantee acceptance of that order.

Bulli Cards reserves the right to refuse, cancel or limit an order where reasonably necessary, including in circumstances involving:

  • Pricing or listing errors;

  • Stock discrepancies;

  • Suspected fraudulent activity;

  • Payment issues;

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information;

  • Technical errors;

  • Abuse of promotional offers; or

  • A breach of these Terms of Service.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will arrange an appropriate refund where required.

8. Pricing and Payment

Unless otherwise stated, prices displayed on the Bulli Cards website are in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Payment must be completed using one of the payment methods available at checkout.

Orders will generally not be processed or dispatched until payment has been successfully received.

Bulli Cards may update prices, promotions, discounts and product availability at any time.

Where a clear pricing error has occurred, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and provide a refund.

9. Shipping

Customers should review our Shipping Policy before placing an order.

Available shipping methods, costs and estimated delivery timeframes will be displayed during checkout where applicable.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.

Bulli Cards is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information supplied by the customer.

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by the relevant shipping carrier. Delays caused by carriers, weather events, customs, peak periods or other circumstances outside our reasonable control may occur.

10. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

Please review our Returns and Refund Policy before purchasing.

Due to the nature of trading cards, sealed products, collectables, breaks and mystery/repack products, Bulli Cards generally does not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind.

Where a cancellation is requested before an order has been processed or dispatched, Bulli Cards may approve the cancellation at its discretion.

Approved cancellations may be subject to reasonable administration or restocking costs where permitted by law and disclosed to the customer.

Orders cannot generally be cancelled after dispatch.

Break purchases cannot generally be cancelled after the relevant break has commenced.

Nothing in these Terms of Service is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

11. Sealed Trading Card Products

Trading card products are manufactured and packaged by third-party manufacturers.

Bulli Cards does not control or guarantee:

  • Pack or box collation;

  • Pull rates;

  • Specific cards or players;

  • Autographs or memorabilia;

  • Numbered cards;

  • Card centering;

  • Print quality;

  • Surface condition;

  • Corners or edges;

  • Manufacturer defects;

  • Grading outcomes; or

  • Current or future market value.

A factory-sealed product does not guarantee that every card contained within will be suitable for professional grading or achieve a particular grade.

Once a sealed trading card product has been opened, it cannot be returned for change of mind.

12. Card Condition and Grading

Trading cards may contain minor manufacturing imperfections including print lines, surface marks, centering issues, edge wear, corner imperfections or other factory-related defects.

Unless specifically stated, Bulli Cards does not guarantee that a card will achieve a particular grade from PSA, Beckett, CGC, SGC or any other grading company.

Any reference to a card's potential condition or grading suitability is an opinion only unless the card has already been professionally graded.

13. International Orders

Bulli Cards may offer international shipping to selected countries.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, processing charges or other fees imposed by their destination country.

These charges are not controlled by Bulli Cards and are generally not included in the purchase price or shipping charge unless specifically stated.

Customers are also responsible for ensuring that the products they purchase can legally be imported into their country.

14. Promotions and Discount Codes

From time to time, Bulli Cards may offer discount codes, competitions, promotional offers, giveaways or customer rewards.

Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers:

  • Cannot be exchanged for cash;

  • Cannot be combined with other offers unless permitted;

  • May have minimum purchase requirements;

  • May exclude certain products;

  • May have expiry dates; and

  • May be withdrawn or amended where reasonably necessary.

Additional terms may apply to individual promotions.

15. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the Bulli Cards website, live streams, social media channels or services.

Prohibited conduct includes:

  • Fraudulent or unlawful activity;

  • Providing false or misleading information;

  • Attempting to interfere with our website or systems;

  • Unauthorised access to accounts or information;

  • Payment fraud or chargeback abuse;

  • Manipulation or abuse of promotions;

  • Harassment, threats or abusive behaviour toward staff or other customers; and

  • Any activity that interferes with the fair operation of our breaks, sales or services.

Bulli Cards reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders or restrict access where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached.

16. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, content created and owned by Bulli Cards, including our branding, logos, graphics, photography, videos, written content, website designs and Bulli Packs branding, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Third-party trading card brands, sports leagues, manufacturers, characters, trademarks and logos remain the property of their respective owners.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or commercially use Bulli Cards-owned content without prior written permission.

17. Privacy

Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

18. Third-Party Services

Our website and services may rely on third-party providers, including Shopify, payment providers, shipping carriers, live-selling platforms, social media platforms and other integrations.

These third-party services may have their own terms, privacy policies and operating conditions.

To the extent permitted by law, Bulli Cards is not responsible for outages, delays, errors or other issues caused solely by third-party providers outside our reasonable control.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bulli Cards is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from the use of our website, products or services.

This may include loss arising from carrier delays, third-party platform outages, market value fluctuations, grading outcomes or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms of Service excludes, restricts or modifies any rights, guarantees or remedies that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

20. Refusal or Restriction of Service

Bulli Cards reserves the right to suspend, restrict or refuse access to our services where reasonably necessary, including where we believe a customer has:

  • Breached these Terms of Service;

  • Engaged in fraudulent activity;

  • Abused our staff or community;

  • Misused promotions or payment systems; or

  • Attempted to interfere with the operation of our business.

Any action taken under this section will remain subject to applicable Australian law.

21. Changes to These Terms

Bulli Cards may update or amend these Terms of Service from time to time.

The latest version will be published on our website and will apply from the date it is posted, subject to applicable law.

Your continued use of our website after updated terms are published constitutes acceptance of those updated terms where legally permitted.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and applicable Commonwealth laws.
